The Engineering Society of Detroit is pleased to announce a new Wellness Coaching Program for Engineering Professional & Managers. ESD has partnered with Transformational International Leaders (TLI) o bring ESD members discounted coaching services. TLI Coaching provides experienced coaches to help their clients achieve high-level wellness, career, and leadership skills. TLI works with corporations, small business, communities, and associations to serve leaders, employees, members, and their families.

We believe that lasting change occurs with a simple shift in thinking. Whether it’s taking personal responsibility, keeping your focus, staying in a positive flow, having purpose in your life, you naturally begin to make good decisions and improve the quality of your life.

You will meet with a professional coach to create the goals and aspirations you wish. Once a program is in place, you’ll receive complete support from our coaching specialists and TLI staff members in moving you or your employees through the process.
