Are you still using a 20th Century approach to negotiation? Many are beginning to realize that the majority of negotiation we do is with other organizations and individuals with whom we have or want to establish a relationship. That awareness has caused people to realize that the traditional, power-based approach to negotiation is often inappropriate and counterproductive. This course will explain the weaknesses of the traditional approach and introduces students to interest-based negotiation and problem solving.
