ESD Annual Dinner—Celebrating Today; Engineering Tomorrow
Featuring the 36th Annual ESD C&D Awards, the ESD Alpha Awards™, and the ESD Leadership Awards

Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at the SoundBoard Theatre, located inside the MotorCity Casino Hotel in Detroit, Michigan.

One man’s vision made Detroit the Motor City.  And one group’s determination created what is now The Engineering Society of Detroit 115 years ago. As we celebrate our rich history and pay tribute to our founders and visionaries, we are re-inventing Michigan right here at ESD.

Together with our ESD Institute, we are creating new opportunities and breaking down barriers for Michigan’s economy and workforce through unique initiatives such as the Green Enterprise Zone, and the Clean Energy and Blue Economy symposiums.

We invite you to join us at the dynamic SoundBoard theatre located inside the MotorCity Casino Hotel, as we salute our champions of engineering and science and share with you how ESD and its Institute are re-engineering the future of Michigan.

The evening will kick off with a networking hour. It will be followed by dinner and the presentation of awards at 7 p.m. The cost is $125 for ESD members and $150 for non-members. A table of $10 is $1,125. There will be a cash bar. Business attire is appropriate. For more information or to register, call 248-353-0735, or e-mail esd@esd.org. Please RSVP by June 14.
